Does this trolley recognise itself, or does it just see another trolley? Eitherway, it was certainly transfixed by its reflection, and wasn't moving anywhere. What are the chances of seeing an identical trolley carrying the same items?
This rough looking customer looked up to no good, hanging around outside a padlocked building site. I don't know whether I disturbed it, but later when I checked to see if it was still there, it had gone. Had it scaled the fence, I wonder, or just moved on?
I helped this trolley back onto its castors, offering some comforting words and a cup of tea. I learnt that it had been assaulted and all its contents stolen. Despite my help, it preferred to be left alone, rather than take me up on my suggestion of a hot drink. I respected its wishes and went on my way glad to have helped, if only a little.
Discarded but not forgotten. Came across this trolley spending some quality time, lazing around with some of its previous passengers, chewing over old memories. How times have changed....
The shopping trolley's desire to fit in with its surroundings can easily be seen here. Obviously in a playful mood, this trolley is imitating the distant rugby posts in an attempt to engage with the local children.
